Where are you located?

You can find us at the bar most Friday nights. And maybe some weekday afternoons.
As for the shop, it's always located at 70 W Main Street, Newark Ohio.

How will I know my order is ready for pickup?

We tried using carrier pigeons to let everyone know their orders were ready for pickup but the darn things kept getting lost.
We decided emailing is probably the most reliable way to let you know when your order is ready.

Can't get here to grab it right away? Don't worry, we'll hold your order for a week and make sure to remind you.

Where's my order?

We know you're excited and can't wait for the rush that you get from opening fantastic packages. Keep in mind, we're a small business and this isn't Amazon. Getting your order out the door will happen in a timely manner but it won't be there the next day.

If you’re not sure what delivery method you selected, you can check your order confirmation email as it has everything you need to know.

Something is missing from my order, what do I do?

We hate it when this happens but we're only human. Just send us an email with your name, order number, and what's missing and we'll sort it out.

How do I cancel my order?

Drop us an email or give us a call and we’ll do everything we can to stop it. Please refrain from sending carrier pigeons. They keep flying into our windows.

Sometimes we can’t stop the order because we were on top of it and it left our building already. Please don’t hate us. Worst case scenario - you can return it to us for a full refund.

How can I anonymously return a gift given to me?

We don't stock those ugly sweaters Grandma thinks you love but if you received a gift you're not happy with (*gasp*), just contact us before you send it back to let us know. We’ll be sure to keep on the DL.
